Payment policy

1. GENERAL

The following Payment Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) applies to all users and details of how your payments are made and received and is a part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of ORSIIDA LTD.

By using the Services, you are accepting the terms, conditions and policies described in this Policy, as may be amended from time to time. Each time you use the Services and/or pay for a Service on the Website, you agree and expressly consent to the following:

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Basic payment method for membership on the Website is credit/debit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro).

3. AUTOMATIC RECURRING CHARGES

Once your initial membership plan (3-day Trial Membership, hereinafter the “Initial Membership”) comes to an end, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed for a 1 (one) Month Membership.

As explained in our Payment Policy You cancel your membership before the 3 days are up, there will be no further charge. The first payment of 65.85 EUR will be charged after 3 days, and subsequently as close as possible to this date each month. The link for cancellation of the membership will be sent in the first email. For example, if the first payment is due on January 31st, the next payment is due on February 3rd. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid next month Membership fee. The Membership fees are charged automatically and on a recurring basis until you cancel your Membership. You can also cancel Your Membership at any time.

The discount rate may be applied on the current and upcoming campaigns. The prices are subject to offers, discounts and changes in favour of the customer may be applied at any time, You will be notified by email beforehand. Please note that we reserve the right to alter discount amount from 10% to 50% (usually varies individually), the exact percentage of discount is sent by email notification before the re-bill charge.

4.CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Trial Membership fee (Membership fee) is 1.95 EUR for the first 3 days. If You cancel your membership before the 3 days are up, there will be no further charge. You will be charged in your local currency based the exchange rate at the moment of your purchase - 1.95 EUR for Trial Service and 65.85 EUR since the first day after the Trial Service period end up correspondingly.

5. REFUND POLICY

At ORSIIDA LTD we value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our Services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our Services you can send the request according to the terms outlined below. The billing system used by the Website or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. We will issue refunds in our sole and absolute discretion. We also do not accept refunds based on individual sensitivities or intolerances. All requests for refunds must be made by the person who originally purchased the membership. Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, from the date you purchased your Membership. During this time period, you can contact us through your Account, by email or by telephone to cancel your purchase and request a refund. You expressly agree to us providing the Services to you immediately upon payment by you therefore you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the usage you have made of the Service.

We do not provide cash refunds; the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer by our authorized billing agent.

If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, only the most recent payment will be refunded. A refund for a recurring billing will result in an immediate cancellation of recurring service.
